Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg ground pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
  2. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.
  3. Whisk together eggs, cream, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until set in center.
