Ingredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg ground pork sausage
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly.
- Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Divide sausage and cheese among muffin cups.
- Whisk together eggs, cream, and pepper in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until set in center.
