Cajun Pork

Quick Dirty Rice and Buttery Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub pork with seasoning.
  2. Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg dirty rice mix
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter, and season to taste.
