Cajun Pork
Quick Dirty Rice and Buttery Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub pork with seasoning.
- Cook pork in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg dirty rice mix
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter, and season to taste.
