Baked Orange-Thyme Salmon
Roasted Lemon-Garlic Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine garlic, thyme, orange juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture on fish, and place on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

- ½ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is browned and crisp-tender.
