Easy Meatball Pasta Bake
Fruit and Greens SaladIngredients
- 1 (7-oz) pkg elbow macaroni
- 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1¼ cups chicken broth
- 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen meatballs, thawed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Stir in both cans of soup, broth, sour cream, and seasoning. Stir in meatballs.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, sliced
- 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
