Easy Meatball Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (7-oz) pkg elbow macaroni
  • 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1¼ cups chicken broth
  • 1 (16-oz) carton sour cream
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen meatballs, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in both cans of soup, broth, sour cream, and seasoning. Stir in meatballs.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (15-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
