Beef and Bean Nachos

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) envelope low-sodium taco seasoning
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 (13-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Sprinkle beef with taco seasoning; cook in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Remove beef from skillet; drain. Transfer to a plate.
- Add beans and corn to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
- Spread chips on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with beef, bean mixture, and cheese. Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with tomatoes and onions.
