Bang Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb unpeeled large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (or use frozen shrimp, thawed)
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- ½ Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Bibb or butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season shrimp with salt. Cook shrimp in hot oil 2 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Serve shrimp mixture, tomato, and onion on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with additional Sriracha and any remaining mayonnaise mixture, if desired.
