Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 (5-oz) pkg mixed greens
- 1 (6-oz) jar quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
- ½ lb sliced low-sodium ham, coarsely chopped
- ¼ lb sliced low-sodium salami, coarsely chopped
- 1 cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
