Italian Beef Patties
Buttered Angel Hair Pasta and Steamed BroccoliIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup panko
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine beef, panko, Parmesan, and egg in a large bowl; shape mixture into 6 patties. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side until no longer pink in centers. Return all patties to skillet.
- Add marinara sauce, and cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle patties with cheese. Cover, and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg angel hair pasta
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; toss with butter until melted.
- Steam broccoli according to package directions; season to taste.
