Asian Pork Tenderloin
Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder in a zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and chill at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

- 2 (24-oz) pkg honey gold potatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 (8-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, basil, and garlic salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste.
