Asian Pork Tenderloin

Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green Beans

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder in a zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and chill at least 8 hours.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
  3. Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) pkg honey gold potatoes, halved
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together potatoes, oil, basil, and garlic salt on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  3. Steam green beans according to package directions; season to taste.
