Crazy-Salt Pork Tenderloin
Baked Rice and Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- ½ Tbsp original mixed-up salt (such as Jane's Krazy Salt)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Rub pork all over with salt. Cook pork in hot oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until pork registers 145°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 (10.5-oz) can beef consommé
- 1 (10.5-oz) can condensed beef broth
- ½ cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together rice and soups in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish. Dot with butter pieces. Cover tightly with foil, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake 30 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
- Steam green beans according to package directions; season with salt and pepper to taste.
