Barbecue-Bacon Mini Meat Loaves
Roasted Potatoes and Green Peas
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook bacon and onion in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion is tender; cool slightly. Transfer bacon mixture to a large bowl using a slotted spoon.
- Add beef, cheese, panko, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; gently combine. Shape mixture into 6 small loaves; place loaves in a greased baking dish. Top with barbecue sauce.
- Bake 20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen green peas
