Fig-and-Cheese Turkey Burgers
Onion Rings with Sea Salt
Ingredients
- ½ lb ground turkey
- ½ Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
- ½ (6.5-oz) container garlic-herb spreadable cheese
- 2 sweet Hawaiian hamburger buns
- ½ (13-oz) jar fig preserves (or fig jam or fig marmalade)
- ½ cup spring mix
Instructions
- Mix turkey and seasoning. Shape into 2 patties. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Spread a thin layer of cheese on bottom buns. Serve burgers on buns with a dollop of preserves and spring mix.

- 1 (13.5-oz) pkg frozen onion rings with panko and sea salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake onion rings according to package directions. Dip baked onion rings in any leftover garlic-herb cheese from entrée.
