Spicy Herbed Chicken Wings
Spinach, Celery, and Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Combine chicken, cilantro, oil, honey, red pepper, and garlic in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, tossing to coat. Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- Cover and cook on LOW 5 hours. Sprinkle with green onions.

- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together orange juice, oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add spinach, celery, and apple; toss.
