Honey Barbecue Meat Loaf
Broccoli-Cheddar Rice and Corn on the CobIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together beef, panko, Worcestershire, Dijon, and 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce. Shape mixture into a small loaf on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
- Stir together 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce and honey; spread on loaf.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until no longer pink in center. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.

- ½ cup long-grain white rice
- 1½ cups chopped broccoli
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- 3 Tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 frozen ears corn
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Stir in 1 Tbsp butter and cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook corn according to package directions; brush ears with 1 Tbsp butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
