Chicken-Bacon-Ranch Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 10 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot drippings over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Let stand 5 minutes, and thinly slice.
- Divide bacon, chicken, cheese, avocado, and tomatoes over center of each tortilla. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Fold edges of tortillas in, and roll up.
- Cut wraps in half, and serve with additional Ranch dressing for dipping.
