Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak, cut into 6-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (14.5-oz) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- ½ onion, chopped
- ⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Place steak in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours. Serve over White Cheddar "Grits" recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ (12-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- 6 Tbsp shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ½ (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. Stir in cheese, butter, and garlic salt.
- Place spinach in a large bowl; toss with dressing.
