Ingredients

  • 1 lb round steak, cut into 6-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (14.5-oz) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ Tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Place steak in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours. Serve over White Cheddar "Grits" recipe.

  • 1½ (12-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
  • 6 Tbsp shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg baby spinach
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. Stir in cheese, butter, and garlic salt.
  2. Place spinach in a large bowl; toss with dressing.
