Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 Tbsp salt-free Greek seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Add onion, Greek seasoning, and salt; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Arrange lettuce in stacks of 2 leaves each; fill with beef mixture, tomato, and cheese. Roll up. Serve with Creamy Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce recipe.

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ English cucumber, grated
