Greek-Style Beef Gyros
Creamy Yogurt-Cucumber SauceIngredients
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 Tbsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Add onion, Greek seasoning, and salt; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Arrange lettuce in stacks of 2 leaves each; fill with beef mixture, tomato, and cheese. Roll up. Serve with Creamy Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce recipe.

- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ English cucumber, grated
