Sesame Shrimp
Lo-Mein Noodles and Steamed Sugar Snap PeasIngredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined large raw shrimp
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Stir in broth, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and garlic powder.
- Whisk together cornstarch and water. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet; bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute or until sauce begins to thicken. Return shrimp to skillet, toss to coat with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg lo-mein noodles
- 2 (8-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Steam peas according to package directions; toss with soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
