Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds, soaked (see Note)

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
