Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup chia seeds, soaked (see Note)
Instructions
- Process all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
- Stir in chia seeds and enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
