Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle with seasoning. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or just until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  2. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and salt. Serve burgers with horseradish sauce and tomatoes.

  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb zucchini, cut into rounds
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent but not browned. Add zucchini; cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
  2. Cut lettuce into 6 wedges. Drizzle with Ranch, and sprinkle with cheese.
