Horseradish-Garlic Sauce Burgers

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle with seasoning. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or just until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic, and salt. Serve burgers with horseradish sauce and tomatoes.

- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb zucchini, cut into rounds
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent but not browned. Add zucchini; cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with oregano and salt.
- Cut lettuce into 6 wedges. Drizzle with Ranch, and sprinkle with cheese.
