Blackened Salmon Salad with Avocado and Ranch

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp blackened seasoning
- 6 (4-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ⅓ cup sliced avocado
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- ½ cup French fried onions
Instructions
- Rub blackened seasoning on both sides of salmon fillets. Cook salmon in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side.
- Toss together lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado; divide into 6 portions. Top each salad with a fillet.
- Drizzle dressing over each salad. Sprinkle with onions.
