Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz) pkg multigrain tortilla chips
- 2 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup fresh salsa
- ½ cup refrigerated light Ranch dressing
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
- 2 avocados, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Layer chips, lettuce, beans, salsa, dressing, cheese, and avocado on a platter; sprinkle with cilantro.
