Sheet Pan Sesame Chicken and Broccoli
Basmati RiceIngredients
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chile paste)
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 2 (12-oz) broccoli florets
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Stir together oil, soy sauce, and gochujang in a bowl. Add chicken, broccoli, and bell peppers; toss. Divide between 2 large rimmed baking sheets; spread in even layers.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds; stir.

- 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable brown basmati rice
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in cilantro.
