Avocado Margarita
Ingredients
- Tajín seasoning
- Lime wedge
- ½ avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1½ oz gold tequila
- 1 oz sour mix
- ½ Tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
- Garnishes: cherry tomatoes and pickled jalapeño slices (optional)
Instructions
- Sprinkle seasoning on a small plate. Rub lime wedge around rim of an old-fashioned glass; dip rim of glass in seasoning to coat.
- Add avocado to a cocktail shaker; muddle. Add tequila, sour mix, jalapeño juice, and ice to fill cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass filled half full with ice. Garnish, if desired.
