Ingredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
- 1 small navel orange, peeled and segmented
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
- 1 small avocado, diced
- 3 Tbsp honey-balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 slices multigrain crispbread
- 2 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Top each crispbread slice with cheese; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
