Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
  • 1 small navel orange, peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • 3 Tbsp honey-balsamic vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1.  Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain crispbread
  • 2 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Top each crispbread slice with cheese; sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
