Hoisin-Green Onion Pork Tenderloin
Mashed Potatoes and Glazed Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pork on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush with hoisin sauce. Roast 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, and onion. Spread butter mixture over pork.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook green beans in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 7 minutes.
- Stir together soy sauce, garlic, and sugar; add mixture to skillet. Cook 3 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
