Sesame Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
  • ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sesame sauce
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and chicken is done. Add sauce; reduce heat, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds.

  • ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
  • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
