Sesame Chicken Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
- ½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup sesame sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and chicken is done. Add sauce; reduce heat, and cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Serve chicken over rice. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds.
