White Arugula Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza crust
- ½ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula, divided
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out dough onto a greased baking sheet. Prick surface of dough with a fork several times. Bake 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Spread ricotta mixture over partially-baked crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with 2 cups arugula and mozzarella.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese melts. Top with remaining arugula. Reserve half of pizza for another meal.
