Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
  • 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ lb sliced low-sodium turkey breast
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. Combine dressing and salsa. Top tortillas with turkey, avocado, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
  2. Roll up tortillas, and cut into 2-inch slices. Serve with guacamole.

  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple and lime juice; toss. Chill until ready to serve.
