Ingredients

  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread
  • ½ lb sliced roast beef
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Stir together mayonnaise and pesto.
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture over bread slices. Top 4 slices with roast beef, tomatoes, and spinach. Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
