Blueberry Smoothies

Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) pkg frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Process blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Toast almonds and coconut in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted.
- Divide smoothie mixture among 4 glasses or serving bowls; top with almonds, coconut, and bananas.
