Blueberry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) pkg frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Process blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  2. Toast almonds and coconut in a dry skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted.
  3. Divide smoothie mixture among 4 glasses or serving bowls; top with almonds, coconut, and bananas.
