Warm Quinoa Cereal with Pears and Honey

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup quinoa
  • 3 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 small pears, chopped
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  2. Cook milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  3. Divide quinoa among 4 bowls. Top each serving with ¾ cup warm milk, one-fourth chopped pears, and 1 Tbsp honey.
