Bacon-Wrapped Steak Bites
Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar-Butter and Steamed PeasIngredients
- ¾ lb beef sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 (5-oz) pouch Montreal steak marinade
- ½ (12-oz) pkg bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine beef and marinade in a zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade.
- Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each steak cube with 1 slice bacon, secure with a wooden pick.
- Place on a lightly greased rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

- 2 sweet potatoes
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen peas
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet; bake 45 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Stir together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Split potatoes; fluff with a fork and dollop with butter mixture.
- Steam peas according to package directions; season to taste.
