Teriyaki-Sesame Tuna
Sesame-Ginger Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup sugar-free teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ½ Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 lb tuna steaks
- ½ Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine teriyaki sauce, oil, ginger, and lime juice in a shallow bowl or zip-top plastic bag. Add tuna steaks. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat; remove tuna from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill tuna 2 to 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.

- 2½ cups broccoli slaw
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ¾ tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp fish sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Place broccoli slaw in a bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients; drizzle over slaw. Toss and chill until ready to serve.
