Ingredients

  • 8 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ lb sliced low-sodium turkey breast
  • ½ lb sliced low-sodium ham
  • 4 small romaine lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, mash together avocado and lemon juice.
  3. Stack turkey slices in 4 piles on a work surface; top with ham. Spread avocado mixture over ham.
  4. Layer with lettuce leaves, if desired, bacon, and tomato; roll up and secure with toothpicks to serve.
