California Club Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 8 slices center cut bacon
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ lb sliced low-sodium turkey breast
- ½ lb sliced low-sodium ham
- 4 small romaine lettuce leaves (optional)
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Meanwhile, mash together avocado and lemon juice.
- Stack turkey slices in 4 piles on a work surface; top with ham. Spread avocado mixture over ham.
- Layer with lettuce leaves, if desired, bacon, and tomato; roll up and secure with toothpicks to serve.
