Thai Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and remaining ingredients; toss.
