Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and remaining ingredients; toss.
