Greek Chicken Roll-Ups
Chilled Red GrapesIngredients
- 1⅓ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated Greek vinaigrette
- ¾ cup tzatziki sauce
- 4 (1.9-oz) pieces light flatbread (see Note)
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Toss chicken with vinaigrette.
- Spread tzatziki over flatbreads. Top one side of each flatbread with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
- Roll up flatbreads. Cut in half, if desired.

- 2⅔ cups seedless red grapes
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve grapes alongside roll-ups.
