Greek Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated Greek vinaigrette
  • ¾ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 4 (1.9-oz) pieces light flatbread (see Note)
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken with vinaigrette.
  2. Spread tzatziki over flatbreads. Top one side of each flatbread with lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes.
  3. Roll up flatbreads. Cut in half, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2⅔ cups seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve grapes alongside roll-ups.
