Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 2 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (16-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi, in batches, in 2 Tbsp melted butter per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until toasted, tossing to brown on all sides (see Note).
- Meanwhile, combine chicken and Alfredo sauce in a large saucepan; cook 3 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook 4 to 6 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over gnocchi.
