Barbecue-Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp salt-free Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
- 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1½ cups vinegar-based barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chopped dill pickle chips
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chips on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles.
- Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir in slaw. Spoon over nachos.
