Caesar Salad and French BreadWine Recommendation

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen tail-off cooked peeled shrimp
- ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen diced grilled chicken (or use 2 cups diced rotisserie chicken)
- 1 (12-oz) pkg Cajun-style andouille sausage, sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 (10-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers and celery)
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches ready penne pasta (or use ready gemelli)
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp according to package directions; pat dry. Cook chicken according to package directions. Season shrimp and chicken with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Cook sausage in 1 Tbsp hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until well browned. Add 2 Tbsp oil, seasoning blend, and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Microwave pasta according to package directions.
- Add pasta, shrimp, chicken, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning to Dutch oven; cook over medium heat to blend flavors. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 1 (17.8-oz) family-size Caesar salad kit
- 2 (14-oz) loaves French bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together salad ingredients in a large bowl; chill until ready to serve.
- Serve bread with Jambalaya.
