Turkey, Asparagus, and Basil Skillet
Orange-Scented Quinoa
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground turkey
- ½ lb thin asparagus
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 TbspThai sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in asparagus, carrots, onions, and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 2 minutes. Stir in basil.

- ½ cup quinoa
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp orange zest
- ⅛ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare quinoa according to package directions; toss with remaining ingredients.
