Turkey, Asparagus, and Basil Skillet

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground turkey
  • ½ lb thin asparagus
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 TbspThai sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Stir in asparagus, carrots, onions, and garlic; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and chili sauce; cook 2 minutes. Stir in basil.

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp orange zest
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions; toss with remaining ingredients.
