Barbecue-Bacon Mini Meat Loaves
Roasted Potatoes and Green PeasIngredients
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook bacon and onion in a large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp and onion is tender; cool slightly. Transfer bacon mixture to a bowl using a slotted spoon.
- Add beef, cheese, panko, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; gently combine. Shape mixture into 2 small loaves; place loaves in a greased baking dish. Top with barbecue sauce.
- Bake 20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink. Sprinkle with green onion, if desired.
