Spicy Honey-Glazed Ribs
Sweet Potato SaladIngredients
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (2-lb) rack pork spareribs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine honey, oil, garlic, salt, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and red pepper in a bowl. Rub over ribs. Wrap tightly in foil. Place in a roasting pan.
- Bake 2½ to 3 hours or until tender. Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ¼ cup avocado-oil mayonnaise (or use a homemade Paleo mayonnaise)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bring potatoes and water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan; cook 18 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Stir together mayonnaise, onions, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes; toss.
