Stovetop Lasagna
Balsamic-Roasted Green BeansIngredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (12-oz) pkg lasagna noodles, broken in pieces
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Place lasagna noodles over beef. Top with pasta sauce, tomato sauce, water, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Dollop ricotta cheese onto tomato sauce, stirring slightly; sprinkle with mozzarella. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together oil, vinegar, and brown sugar; toss with green beans.
- Spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
