Honey-Barbecue Chicken Wings
Curly Fries and Celery SticksIngredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1½ tsp garlic salt
- 3 lb chicken drummettes
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup honey
- ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine flour, cornstarch, and garlic salt in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag, and shake to coat.
- Place wings, skin sides up on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wings are crispy and brown.
- Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, barbecue sauce, and honey in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until sauce is thick and syrupy. Drizzle over crispy wings; toss, and spread in a single layer.
- Bake 10 minutes longer or until wings are caramelized. Serve with Ranch dressing.

- 6 stalks celery, cut into sticks
