Macaroni with Ham
Honey Roasted Green BeansIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg elbow macaroni
- 3 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (7-oz) block extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cubed ham
- 1 cup coarsely crushed crackers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese and pepper until smooth; add pasta and ham.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in microwave. Toss with crushed crackers.
- Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased 11-x 7-inch baking dish; top with crushed crackers. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, and desired amount of salt in a large bowl. Add green beans; toss. Spread in a single layer on a large lightly greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes or until browned and tender.
