Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 2 lb (1-inch-thick) boneless sirloin steak
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
- Drizzle 1 Tbsp oil on pan. Carefully place steak, vegetables, and tomatoes on preheated pan; drizzle with 3 Tbsp oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender and steak is desired doneness.

- 1 (11-oz) pkg frozen yeast rolls

- Bake rolls according to package directions.
