Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • 2 lb (1-inch-thick) boneless sirloin steak
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
  2. Drizzle 1 Tbsp oil on pan. Carefully place steak, vegetables, and tomatoes on preheated pan; drizzle with 3 Tbsp oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender and steak is desired doneness.

  • 1 (11-oz) pkg frozen yeast rolls

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake rolls according to package directions.
