Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 soft taco-size flour tortillas, heated
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • ¾ cup kalamata olives
  • 1 cup tzatziki dip

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and done.
  2. Divide chicken among tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Serve with tzatziki dip.
