Chicken Tzatziki Tacos

Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 soft taco-size flour tortillas, heated
- 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ¾ cup kalamata olives
- 1 cup tzatziki dip
Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with Greek seasoning and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and done.
- Divide chicken among tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and olives. Serve with tzatziki dip.
