Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup white wine (or use chicken broth)
  • 1 (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, cubed and softened

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken and mushrooms. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is done. Stir in wine, dressing mix, soup, and cream cheese.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until blended and thoroughly heated. Serve chicken mixture over egg noodles.

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; stir in butter.
