Honey Mustard-Glazed Chicken
Cheddar Roasted Potatoes and Steamed Green BeansIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Stir together garlic salt and pepper; rub all over chicken. Cook chicken in hot oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Stir together honey, vinegar, and mustard; brush on chicken. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen deli-style roasted potatoes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potatoes according to package directions; sprinkle with cheese, return to oven, and bake until cheese is melted.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
